What They Say About

Bart Greenberg

Cabaret Scenes

"She is in fine voice, and she brings her intelligent interpretation of lyrics to each song she approaches. The musical arrangements are both witty and emotional, and most have been kept to a simplicity that allows the singer to shine. This is an album of great charm."

Rob Lester

Talkin' Broadway

"Whether in serious mode or putting the merry in Christmas, soprano Ann Kittredge, her arrangers and musicians are impressive on the eight tracks that make up You Sleigh Me, the New York City cabaret singer's third album. It's tempting to describe it with the adjective "wonderful"–and not just because that word appears in the titles of two numbers..."

James Gavin

award winning biographer, grammy nominee, New York Times, etc

"From the opening strains of this moving album, one can hear the reverence with which Ann Kittredge—a longtime musical-theater performer, a wife and mother, and now a leading light on the cabaret scene—regards Christmas. Her lilting but conversational soprano has a fireside warmth; she combines a maternal wisdom with the wide-eyed dazzlement of a child. The arrangements have a soft shimmer, full of details that paint pictures in the listener’s mind."

and from THE RELEASE SHOW

It was a one-night-only event, a celebration of my album release of You Sleigh Me, but it was so much more than that. My guests aren't just good, they are sublime. They brought sexy, sweet, humor and passion to the evening. I brought my mother's 1960s mini-dress!!! 🤶 The only regret I have is that it'll never happen again: not with these exact performers with this precise program in the gorgeous venue that is Chelsea Table & Stage, with a most engaged, boisterous audience. It was 75 minutes of magic. Here is 6 of those minutes that I think capture the energy of my album, You Sleigh Me, and the evening, beautifully.

Thanks all, for this memory!
